It was great to work directly with the official NFL partner Fanatics. It’s amazing to see the NFL when it comes to London and the whole experience that goes along with it. To help promote American football I was asked to shoot a lifestyle story around the events leading up to the big game at Wembley stadium.
It was a lot of fun shooting in the build-up enclosure outside the stadium and then entering the stadium to try and capture some of the atmosphere. As well as the digital images captured I also took along a new toy camera that shoots 3 frames in one exposure, you can use the frames to create animated gifs but I quite like the effect the odd sequences can throw up in the edit. Toy cameras can be a lot of fun to a lifestyle photographer, user-generated content or images that have that feel can be really good for social media.
